We don't allow any illegal material that includes: • Adult Content for instance pornography, videos, pictures etc • Copyrighted content such as videos, documents, images, • Animation ripping off video from other sites (In case you made the material you may host it) • Proxies- Proxies are not allowed what's so ever. • IRC Bots • Viruses/Crack/Hacks • Other illegal sites (leaching, adult etc)
Spam or Mass E-mail:
The sending of unwanted Commercial Email (SPAM) through our servers promoting any website or through third party servers promoting a website hosted by us can result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s web hosting account without refund. Mailing lists may be operated as long as individuals choose to subscribe to receive mailings via clear 'opt in' methods and a strict removal procedure is published in all mailings. 'Safe lists' and other promotion related mailing lists may not be operated; any complaints received are taken seriously and will be investigated in the time You must maximize the server usage and must have a legitimate mailing list just in case if requested for verification. We usually recommend those high usage scripts for a vps. To get a VPS please contact-us. Our servers can only send 100 Email per hour for every hosting account.
Backup data:
Every user that's hosted on our servers are accountable to backup their sites daily. We are not responsible for any data lose or damaged, because we won’t damage or remove your site unless you break the terms. If something happens from our end, we will sure have your backup .client agrees to maintain a recent copy of all content hosted by Hostpray.com not withstanding any agreement by Hostpray.com to provide backup services.
Server Usage:
We don't permit overload of any of our servers. That means you may not overload the resources of the servers such as RAM and CPU. Every user has a fair share of RAM and CPU. If you want to run a huge script please upgrade to a VPS server. Free Services and Hosting are permitted, but you must maximize the server usage.
Account check:
We reserve the right to access your account and complete a full check. This is only for the protection of the server and our other customers. We will not remove any of your content, files unless its breaking our Terms Of Service. We will not duplicate any of your content for our usage.
Dedicated Servers:
Dedicated servers are to be paid 1 day prior to due date, failure to do so can cause your dedicated server to be suspended. client agrees that the purchased server can take up to 24 hours to setup (usually within 12). Clients are only accountable for what goes and what is placed on their servers. Any complaints will be forwarded to the client and he will have 24 hours to take action or services may be suspended.
Refunds:
We propose a 15 days money back assurance provided that you don't like our service, which mean we will only reimburse a service if we are to fault. For instance, you did not get what was advertised, slow support. If it’s your mistake or you are provide wrong or incorrect reasons, we won’t offer a reimbursement. We don't provide refunds on Add-ons. We don't provide refund if you requested ClientExec, WHMCS, Free Dedicated ips, or Add-ons when you buy one of our reseller which may includes these features, or when you buy them individually (if ordered separately we can reimburse the hosting package amount, but not the add-ons. If you request them and got them for free we will not issue you a reimbursement.). We don't offer refunds if huge resources were used or your broke the terms of service during the 15 day period. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be completed.
Termination of Account:
Hostpray.com might stop your account only if you break the terms of service. Closure of account process are completed by sending out a notification email informing the reasons of termination and that you may or may not have 24 hours to backup your website. No refunds are given if your hosting account is ended for breaking the terms of service. Termination of account may also cause in case of non payment, if your invoices are not paid within 15 days (5 days for dedicated servers) after the due date your account will be terminated automatically, no backup given. Once account is terminated there is no means we can get it retrieved.
Suspension of Account:
Your account might get suspended for many reasons. For instance, you are not paying your monthly or other cycle bills for your account. You are breaking the terms of services. Other reasons may rise and will be informed upon suspension. If your account is suspended and want to restore it you’ll have to pay a fee if pleaded at fault. Suspension of account due to breaking terms of service will not be refunded.
Failure to Pay:
If you fail to pay your invoices in time your account will be in risk of getting suspended or terminated. Here are the breaks down chart After 3 days of the due date your account will get suspended and a late fee of 10% will be added. After 15 days of the due date your account will be terminated and canceled no backup provided. Please note for VPS and Dedicated servers, the invoice is due one day before the due date. Dedicated servers and vps will be terminating on the due date if payment is not made. If you wish for an extension please submit a ticket (we have the right to deny any extension) If account is suspended for non payment and you decided to leave us, open a support ticket for the backup. (Note you will have to pay the invoice before you can get the backup. If you want to avoid the nonpayment open the ticket before you're due date. For example, your invoice is generated on the 15th and your due date is on 22nd, you can create the ticket on the 21st, and then we will give the backup without payment of invoice.
24/7 Support:
24 Hours support is derived from resolving the ticket inside the 24 hours mark. Please note, few issues may need more than 24 hours (ie. transfer of content). If we believe the concern is going to take more than 24 hours, we will reply in the ticket and provide the reason.Responsibility for Content:
You, as Hostpray.com customer, are only accountable for the content stored on and served by your account. Or if you have a reseller you are also accountable for your clients account. Account of yours or your client will be suspended or terminated if broken the terms of service.
Harassment:
Harassment is 100% prohibited at hostpray.com. We do not bear harassment towards our workforce that includes, using inappropriate or foul languages, fear to file a suit or general threats. We have the right to terminate or suspend a customer service if those events take place.
Dedicated IP’s:
When ordering additional ip's or getting them for free in our packages you have to give validation, of what you going to use your dedicated IP's. As pair of rules this must be done or no IP's will be provided.

Bandwidth and Disk Usage:
You must not to go over the limit of your disk space or bandwidth if you do so, you’ll be asked either to fix the limit, upgrade, or add additional bandwidth or disk space otherwise your account will be suspended.
